  1. I canít find a certain product in my local store, why is that?
    Not every store carries our full assortment of products. If you are looking for a specific product, we can help direct you to a retailer that does carry it in your area, or you can speak with your local store about ordering that product for you.
  2. Where do you sell your products?
    We have distribution in most major chains as well as local specialty shops. Use our find a retailer section to find a store near you.
  3. How do I read the best before date on a product?
    Firstly, the best before date is not a statement of the products safety, but of the quality of the product in the package. It is a statement that the product will taste, feel, and have its optimum nutritional value before this expressed date. For more information on best before dates and regulations, please visit: Depending on the product, depends on the type of code that is present on the product. Some products use a production code that identifies when it was made. These products have a shelf life that is generally 6-12 months in length, depending on the product. Others use the European style of day-month-year and others use the North American standard of month-day-year.   4. Where do I find the directions for making a specific product?
    We are adding directions to each product descriptions page. Please visit the products page and view the PDF file for the directions. We are doing our best to make sure that all products will have this information available to you.
  5. Do all your products have proper listing of ingredients and a nutritional label?
    Our goal is to have the ingredients and nutritional labels as clear and complete as possible. We work with our suppliers and manufactures to bring all information on our packaging up to Canadian standards.

  1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    We strive to deliver your order in the timeliest fashion. All orders will be shipped within 7 business days of receiving the order. However, extenuating circumstances may delay orders longer. If this is the case, you will be notified of the change.
  2. How can I place my order?

  3. What if I canít find a product that I am looking for?
    We work hard to keep our website as up to date as possible; however, there are times where it is out of date. You can always contact us about a specific product.
  4. How do you handle returns, damages, and expired product?
    We stand behind our products. In order to facilitate credits, we ask that before shipping anything back you contact the office or your sales representative to get the best course of action. We want to work with you to make sure that you have the products that you ordered in the best quality as possible.
  5. Do you charge for shipping?

    We have sales representatives that cover most of Ontario (from Southern Ontario to Ottawa and as far north as Huntsville) on a regular call cycle.
